Brenda Hendrickson is an award winning businesswoman. Her background takes the form of accounting and taxes. After working with clients who were living beyond their means, Brenda had the idea of writing a book on frugaliity. It was this discovery that led her to add author to her list of accomplishments…so she could share these ideas with as many people as possible. Her book “How To Be A Frugal Millionaire”, challenges everyone to develop a “frugal” mindset and lifestyle. It was relevant when published in 2008 and is still relevant today.
She has taken this message to Fairleigh Dickenson University, Daily Record newspaper of Morris County New Jersey, Cablevision Channel 26, Radio channels 1450 am, 98.3 fm, and columns for The Expert Beacon and Vicinity’s North Jersey Woman Magazine.
Her membership in NJAWBO has involved many board positions such as treasurer, president-elect, president. Her latest position was New Jersey State Treasurer as of 2015-2016. 2008 Business Woman of the Year, Teal Heart Award from New Jersey Association of Woman Business Owners , and affiliations with professional organizations have been the criteria for her 2009 NJBIZ 50 Best Business Women in Business award. She still finds time to volunteer her time with charitable organizations and hopes everyone will do their part in helping others.
